We help a client who’s sublease was terminated transition into a direct lease renewal. We leveraged our market comparable and relationship with the landlord to negotiate a fair-market deal much lower than other tenants in the building. While the process was far from enjoyable, it could have been much worse. The final result was a win-win for both the landlord and tenant.
