Steve White

Steve began his career in commercial real estate in 1972. For the past 25 years he has specialized in working as a tenant representative helping companies minimize their facilities' cost and maximize the efficiency of their space. Negotiation is the foundation of real estate brokerage and Steve White brings to Oxford Partners this important talent, honed and sharpened by and extensive background in law as well as real estate. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Before founding Oxford Partners he worked at firms Jackson & Cooksey and Mohr Partners.

Ryan Hartsell

Ryan Hartsell joined Oxford Partners after working as a market research analyst with American Campus Communities and The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M. His primary focus is on the cultivation of new and existing business for office and industrial tenants. Ryan graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, and later graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master of Real Estate degree from the Mays Business School. With his background in commercial real estate finance, his main role is to provide lease analysis, lease negotiation, market research and overall maximization of real estate transactions for corporate clients. Ryan is a member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals and enjoys the outdoors and traveling in his spare time.

Paul Hill

Paul transitioned to the commercial real estate industry from the energy sector bringing with him over a decade of experience in business development, project oversight and risk management. Since joining Oxford Partners he has proved himself to be an advocate on behalf of tenants and maintains a conflict-free business platform. Paul focuses on business development, lease negotiations and transaction management. He attended The University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Houston and holds a degree in Industrial Management. Paul serves in a mentor and leadership role in his church’s children ministry. He is also an active volunteer for The Surfrider Foundation.

John Zivley

John Zivley joined Oxford Partners after graduating from the University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate, with an emphasis on finance and investment analysis. Though John spent a few years in Mississippi, he is a native Houstonian, growing up in the center of the city near Downtown, Rice University, the Medical Center and Greenway Plaza. His knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, the Houston area provide him with a unique vision for his clients. John’s efforts at Oxford Partners are focused on optimizing his clients’ overall value in real estate transactions. While always continuing to develop his industry knowledge, John provides market analysis, market research, and lease negotiation for office and industrial clients. John enjoys traveling, hunting, and playing tennis in his spare time.
